How It Works
We don't quote blind. Every estimate starts with a real on-site assessment β because the honest price of a job depends on what we actually see.
Call, text, or fill out the form below. We'll confirm a time window that works for you β same-day and next-day availability across Tampa Bay.
Our crew arrives, takes a look at everything you need removed, and gives you a clear, honest quote right on the spot. No guessing, no estimates over the phone.
The quote has no obligation attached to it. If you're ready to go, we start immediately. If you need time, that's fine too. The estimate is always free.
Pricing Factors
Junk removal isn't a flat-rate service β a one-bedroom cleanout is a completely different job than a single appliance pickup. Here's what our crew evaluates when building your quote.
The amount of material being removed β measured by how much space it takes up in our truck β is the primary factor in every quote.
Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, or large appliances require more crew and effort than lighter household items. This affects the quote accordingly.
Items on an upper floor, in a tight attic, or in a location that's difficult to navigate require more time and labor than curbside or ground-floor work.
Some items β like pianos, hot tubs, or large safes β require specialized equipment, extra crew members, or additional preparation before they can be safely moved.
Electronics, appliances, and certain materials require processing at certified facilities. These disposal costs are reflected in the quote β honestly, without markups.
A single item pickup is priced differently than a full property cleanout. We scale the crew and the quote to fit the actual scope of what you need done.

(813) 863-9975Common Questions
Every job is different β a single item pickup, a full estate cleanout, and a commercial office clear are three completely different jobs in terms of time, crew, and disposal requirements. We give every customer a fair quote in person after assessing the actual job. Call or text us at (813) 863-9975 or fill out the form above to get started.
Yes β completely free and with no obligation. We come to your location, assess what needs to be removed, and give you a quote. If you want to move forward, we can often start the same day. If you need more time or decide not to proceed, there's no charge and no pressure.
Heavy items and difficult access situations do factor into our quotes β but they're always assessed in person, and the price you agree to is the price you pay. We don't add surprise charges after the job is done. If something changes the scope while we're on-site, we communicate with you before proceeding.
Yes β we offer same-day and next-day availability across Tampa and Pinellas County whenever our schedule allows. Call or text us at (813) 863-9975 to check current availability for your area.
We accept all major credit and debit cards and Apple Pay. We do not accept Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App. Payment is collected on-site after the job is complete and you're satisfied with the work β no deposits, no invoices sent to collections.
We sort everything we remove. Items in good condition are prioritized for donation to local organizations. Electronics and appliances go to certified recycling facilities. What can't be donated or recycled goes to responsible disposal facilities. We don't just take everything to a landfill β responsible disposal is part of how we operate.
No β we do not purchase, pay for, or re-sell items of any kind. We are a paid removal and recycling service. We are partnered with several local donation centers, but we do not pay for items we haul away. We will never offer you money for your junk.
No β junk removal is a professional labor and disposal service. Our pricing is fair and transparent, always quoted in person before any work begins, but there is a cost for removal. The estimate itself is always free; the removal is not.
No β we are a 100% mobile service. We come to you. There is no drop-off facility. We operate throughout Tampa Bay and will schedule a crew to your home, business, or property to handle the removal on-site.
No β we do not offer dumpster rentals. We are a full-service junk removal company: our crew comes to you, loads everything, and hauls it away. If you're looking for a dumpster to fill yourself, you'll need a different provider.
We schedule in 2-hour windows (e.g., 2β4 PM or 4β6 PM) due to recycling and off-load lines between jobs. Our team will call you approximately 30 minutes before they arrive so you're never caught off guard. We can guarantee the window and the 30-minute heads-up call.
Absolutely. There's no obligation to proceed on the same day. We come out, assess everything, give you a quote, and you decide when you're ready. No pressure, no charge for the estimate visit.
Yes β if items are already out by the curb, the job can be a little cheaper since it reduces labor time. That said, curbside is never required. We are a full-service company and our crew will go wherever the items are β inside the home, garage, attic, basement, or backyard.
We price primarily by volume β the amount of space your items take up in our truck. The crew goes over pricing with you in person after seeing everything. You'll always know the price before any work begins.
Yes. Every crew submits before and after photos to your job file as a standard part of our process. It's an internal record, but we're happy to share those photos with you after the job if you need them for insurance, estate, or property documentation purposes.
We provide a paid receipt with our tax ID on it, but we do not provide the physical donation receipt. We do our best to donate items in good condition to local donation centers, but we cannot guarantee donation for any specific item β donation centers have stricter requirements post-COVID. The crew can go over this in more detail on-site.
There is no mileage surcharge. However, recycling and disposal fees can vary from county to county β the truck team will go over any applicable fees with you on-site before starting the job.
Yes β as long as the crew has access to the items, everything can be handled with whoever is on-site or over the phone. Just let us know who the team will be dealing with so we can coordinate accordingly.
Yes, absolutely. We're fully licensed and insured, and we work with HOAs, concierge staff, and security teams every day for community and building access. Just provide us the gate code or contact information and we'll handle the rest.
Yes β we only remove exactly what you request. Nothing gets touched without your approval. If you want only the patio chairs removed and everything else left alone, that's exactly what happens.
No β we can't accurately price from photos. Our crew needs to see everything in person to give you a real, accurate quote. The estimate visit is completely free, and that way the price you agree to is the actual price with no surprises.
It depends on the circumstances. Stairs, tight hallways, elevator coordination, and long carry distances can factor into the quote β but everything is assessed in person and you'll always know the price before we start. We also coordinate with building docks, elevators, and parking as needed.
We can demo and remove sheds, decks, hot tubs, and similar structures β and haul everything away the same day. What we can't do is demo anything structurally attached to the home (walls, additions, built-ins, etc.). If you're unsure whether your project qualifies, just ask β we'll tell you straight.
Yes β we are fully licensed and insured. In the rare event something is damaged during a removal, we are responsible. We can also provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) or W-9 prior to your appointment β just let us know when booking.
The crew will communicate that with you before starting. In rare cases, larger jobs take multiple days β we'll coordinate a schedule with you on-site so there are no surprises and the project gets completed properly.
Yes β we remove boats, cars, trucks, jet skis, trailers, motorcycles, and similar vessels, as long as you have the title. This is a paid service and pricing is handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not scrap or pick up vehicles for free. If you have a vehicle to remove, call us at (813) 863-9975 and we'll get you to the right person for a custom quote.
Yes β we take all of these. Burned or soiled mattresses, refrigerators and freezers (including Freon units), TVs and monitors, gun safes, pianos, and hot tubs are all items we handle regularly. Heavy and specialty items may factor into the quote β the crew will go over pricing on-site.
Absolutely β concrete, brick, renovation debris, yard waste, storm debris, old fencing, and deck lumber are all fair game. If it came out of or around your property, we can likely haul it.
We do not take propane tanks, chemicals, or anything flammable or hazardous. We do accept tires. Paint acceptance depends on your area β the crew can confirm on-site. When in doubt, ask us before your appointment.
