The Site is provided to share information about our junk removal services in the Tampa Bay area and to let you request an estimate or book service. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access it without authorization, or submit information that is false or belongs to someone else.
By submitting any form on the Site and providing your phone number and/or email address, you agree that Junk Nation Removal may contact you about your request, including estimates, appointment scheduling, service notices, billing notifications, customer support, and marketing communications related to the services you requested or may be interested in.
These communications may be delivered by phone call, voicemail, SMS/text message, or email. You may opt out of promotional email at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

By texting us, or by providing your phone number and submitting a form on the Site, you agree to receive SMS messages from Junk Nation Removal related to your estimate, appointment scheduling, arrival notifications, service updates, customer support, and marketing communications.
Online booking on the Site is provided through a third-party scheduling service. When you book online, the information you enter is handled by that service on our behalf so we can schedule your appointment.
Every job is different, so we quote in person after seeing the items to be removed. Estimates are free and carry no obligation. The price you agree to before work begins is the price you pay. If something changes the scope while our crew is on-site, we will talk with you before proceeding.
Appointments are scheduled in two-hour arrival windows, and our crew will call you approximately 30 minutes before arriving. Payment is collected on-site after the job is complete. We accept major credit and debit cards and Apple Pay. We do not accept Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App.
Pricing, availability, and service details shown on the Site are general information. Final pricing is confirmed in person for your specific job.
Junk Nation Removal is a full-service, mobile junk removal company. We come to you; there is no drop-off location, and we do not rent dumpsters. We do not purchase, pay for, or resell items.
We may decline any item we cannot safely or lawfully transport or dispose of.
We sort the items we remove for donation, recycling, and proper disposal where practical. Donation centers set their own acceptance standards, so we cannot guarantee that any specific item will be donated or recycled. We provide a paid receipt with our tax ID, but we do not provide donation receipts.
Reviews shown on the Site are pulled from our public Google Business Profile and reflect the opinions of the customers who wrote them. The Site may also link to or embed content from third parties, such as maps, review platforms, and social media. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites.
We work to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, but service areas, availability, and other details may change without notice. The Site is provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
