Brandon sits 11 miles east of downtown Tampa in unincorporated Hillsborough County. We pick up furniture, appliances, garage clutter, and whole-house cleanouts across the area, and every job starts with a free on-site estimate.
Brandon, FL
Brandon has no city government of its own. It is a large unincorporated community, so trash and bulky-item rules come from Hillsborough County's Solid Waste department.
The area took off after Hopewell Road was connected to Adamo Drive in 1956. By the early 1960s, about one new family was moving in every day. Today Brandon is a wide mix of homes, apartments, and businesses along State Road 60 and I-75, and we work in all of them.
Tell us what has to go: a sofa in the living room, a dead refrigerator in the garage, a backyard spa, or a house full of belongings after a move. The crew prices it in person, loads it, and hauls it off.

County Rules
County curbside service does take bulky items, but only by appointment. Hillsborough County asks residents to call Solid Waste Customer Service and book the pickup before anything goes to the curb. The County charges per item, and large appliances like refrigerators and washers cost more than a chair or a mattress.
The other County option is a Community Collection Center. The Hillsborough Heights Solid Waste Facility on County Road 579 in Seffner is one of five County centers. County solid waste customers get 10 cubic yards of bulky waste and appliance disposal there each year. You unload by hand, staff do not help, and dump trailers are not allowed.
Both options work well for a couple of items you can move yourself. When the items are heavy, still inside, or add up to a full load, our crew does the lifting from wherever they sit and leaves the area clean.

Brandon Questions
Yes. The County collects bulky items at the curb for a per-item fee, as long as you call and schedule before setting anything out. It suits one or two items you can drag to the curb. For heavy pieces, items still inside the house, or a full load, booking a crew is usually simpler.
