Temple Terrace is its own city, incorporated in 1925, with the Hillsborough River flowing through its eastern and southern parts. We remove furniture, appliances, tires, yard debris, and household contents across the city.
Temple Terrace
The city was planned in the 1920s as one of the first golf-course communities in the United States, and it is named for the Temple orange. Its early Mediterranean Revival buildings were designed by M. Leo Elliott, with later homes by Dwight James Baum.
Temple Terrace is a Tree City USA community known for rolling terrain and sand live oaks. Mature trees mean a steady supply of fallen limbs and leaves, and storms add more.
Inside the house, we handle the usual: furniture, appliances, mattresses, and full cleanouts when a home is being sold or settled.

City Sanitation
Temple Terrace runs its own sanitation service. Residents with an active utility account get one free bulk pickup per calendar year for items that do not fit regular collection.
Items go within 10 feet of the curb, out of the street, and away from overhead wires and low-hanging limbs, with yard debris and household items in separate piles. The free pickup does not cover construction and demolition debris, tires, or household hazardous waste. The City asks that debris not be stored at the curb unless a pickup is scheduled, and extra pickups are billed to your utility account in 15-minute increments.
If your free pickup has been used, or the items are still in the house, our crew can take them straight from inside or the yard. We also accept tires, which the City's free pickup excludes.
