Westchase was founded in 1991 and is organized into 28 neighborhoods, or villages. The Westchase Community Association is the master homeowners association, governed by its Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, By-Laws, and the Westchase Residential Guidelines.
Those documents set the rules for what can sit outside a home. Before you stage furniture or bags at the curb for any pickup, check the association's current rules.
With our crew, staging is optional. We carry items out of the garage, the house, or the back yard and load them directly.

Access and County Service
If your village has a gate, send the code or a contact name when you book, and the crew will handle entry. We work with HOA gate codes and security staff regularly.
Westchase is outside Tampa city limits, so Hillsborough County runs its curbside collection. The County picks up bulky items only when you schedule first, and it charges by the item. Each County solid waste customer also gets 10 cubic yards a year of free bulky waste and appliance drop-off at the County's Community Collection Centers, unloaded by hand.

No. Curbside items can cost a little less because they save labor time, but the crew will go wherever the items are, including the garage, attic, or back yard.
Yes, including TVs and monitors. We do not provide data destruction, so wipe or remove any drives before the pickup.
