Junk removal for homes, duplexes, and rentals on the north end of Anna Maria Island. Free on-site estimate, with same-day service when the schedule allows.
North End of the Island
Anna Maria is the city at the north tip of Anna Maria Island, the seven-mile barrier island off the Manatee County coast. Many of its houses sit a short walk from the Gulf or the bay, and many are vacation rentals, so junk removal here often has to fit between guests checking out and checking in.
Getting to Anna Maria from the mainland means crossing one of the island’s two drawbridges: the Manatee Avenue (SR 64) bridge, which lands in Holmes Beach, or the Cortez Road (SR 684) bridge into Bradenton Beach. From either one, the truck heads north up Gulf Drive. We plan the route and the arrival window with that drive in mind.
Typical Anna Maria jobs include swapping out worn rental furniture and mattresses, clearing a garage or storage closet before a sale, taking old patio sets and grills off a deck, and hauling what is left after a remodel.

Parking and Access
The City of Anna Maria’s own vacation rental code notes that the city has limited public parking and relies on street rights-of-way for beach parking. For a junk removal visit, that means the truck and trailer need a plan before they arrive. When you book, tell us:
What We Haul in Anna Maria
The crew carries items out from wherever they are: an upstairs bedroom, the lanai, the garage, or a storage closet. Services we handle on the island:
Your Options on Anna Maria
Anna Maria’s household garbage is collected by Waste Pro twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. Bulk items and appliances are picked up at the curb only on request and for a special fee arranged through Waste Pro, and you still have to get everything to the curb yourself.
Manatee County’s Lena Road Landfill, at 3333 Lena Road east of I-75 off State Road 64, takes furniture, appliances, yard waste, and construction debris for a fee, and household hazardous waste and electronics free for Manatee County residents. From the north end of the island, that is a long round trip with a loaded vehicle.
Our crew does the carrying and the hauling. Pricing is by volume, quoted in person before any work starts. There is no mileage surcharge for the drive to the island. Disposal fees can differ from county to county, and the crew goes over any that apply before starting. We don’t take propane tanks, chemicals, or other hazardous materials, so pull the tank off a grill before we arrive.
Storm Season
Hurricanes Helene and Milton both pushed storm surge onto Anna Maria Island in the fall of 2024. In Holmes Beach, just south of Anna Maria, city crews and contractors had cleared more than 100,000 cubic yards of debris from the roads by mid-October.
When the county runs storm debris collection, Manatee County asks residents to keep curb piles in separate groups: vegetation, construction debris (which includes furniture and mattresses), and appliances, with at least three feet of space from mailboxes, storm drains, and water meters. If a rental needs to be cleared and back in service sooner, we can load and haul the damaged furniture, carpet, and household items. See our storm cleanup page for what that covers.
The Process
Call, text, or book online with the address, the items, and where the truck can park. We schedule a 2-hour arrival window.
The crew calls about 30 minutes ahead, looks at everything in person, and gives you a price before anything moves.
Say yes and they load it, sweep the area, and take it back over the bridge for donation, recycling, or disposal.

Common Questions
Yes. Give us both times when you book and we will look for an arrival window between them. If the owner is off the island, the rental manager or cleaner can meet the crew.
We plan for the driveway or the property first. If there isn’t room, tell us when you book and we will work out a spot that keeps the street and neighbors’ driveways clear.
Patio furniture, yes. Grills, yes, once the propane tank is removed, since we don’t take propane. We also remove hot tubs, including taking them apart when needed.
Same-day and next-day visits are possible when the schedule allows. Call or text (813) 608-3562 to check what is open.
