Junk removal on the north side of the Manatee River, for homes, rentals, and businesses in Palmetto. Free on-site estimate, same-day when the schedule allows.
North of the River
Palmetto sits on the north bank of the Manatee River, directly across from Bradenton. The Green Bridge (US 41 Business) and the DeSoto Bridge (US 41 and US 301) link the two cities about half a mile apart.
We work across Palmetto for homeowners, landlords, realtors, and businesses: clearing furniture and appliances, emptying garages and storage units, and hauling yard waste and remodeling debris.

City Service
The City of Palmetto’s Solid Waste Department offers one free bulk collection per year for each residential address, counted from October 1 to September 30. It is meant for more than two large items, yard waste too big to bundle, electronics, and white goods, with a limit of 60 cubic yards. Extra collections are available for a fee.
There are conditions. The garbage account has to be active and not past due, and the free pickup is only for owner-occupied homes. Tenants moving out, landlords turning over a rental, and anyone who has already used this year’s pickup need another option. That is a good fit for our crew: we load from inside, handle the heavy pieces, and take it all in one trip.
Yard Waste
Since October 1, 2025, Palmetto yard waste has to go out in reusable cans or bins, tied bundles no longer than 4 feet, or compostable kraft paper bags, with a limit of ten cans or bundles per pickup. Big trimming jobs, storm branches, and piles that won’t fit those rules can be hauled with our yard debris removal service.

The Process
Call, text, or book online. We confirm a 2-hour arrival window.
The crew calls about 30 minutes ahead, sees what is going, and gives you a price in person.
Say yes and they load it, sweep up, and sort for donation and recycling where practical.
Why Local Matters
Junk Nation Removal is locally owned and operated in Tampa Bay and covers northern Manatee County, Pinellas County, and Tampa. In Palmetto, that includes working within the city’s bulk and yard waste rules so you know what we can take off your hands.
Manatee County’s Lena Road Landfill is east of I-75 off State Road 64, and it takes household hazardous waste and electronics free for county residents. Propane tanks, chemicals, and other hazardous materials should go there, since our crew doesn’t take them.
